主要职责
1，策划并执行餐饮销售活动；
2，全面了解餐饮菜单的内容，各种促销活动及与市场互动的相关信息；
3，确保IHG和酒店特定品牌的标准和政策符合所有餐饮销售活动；
4，通过不断的市场调研从客人和同事处获得反馈,利用获悉的信息作为每月SWOT的分析数据从而帮助增加收入并监察所有促销活动的有效性。
技能要求
1，计算机技能；
2，良好的落实行动和规划技能；
3，出色的组织、管理和沟通技能；
4，根据市场需求需要良好的语言沟通能力。具备良好英语能力者优先；
5，至少2年酒店业对客服务或是销售服务经验和1年相关职能经验。
