DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
- To provide exceeding world class service toeach and every customer.
给予每一位客人高质量的鸡尾酒调制服务。
- Full comprehension of all beverage andcocktail lists inclusive of preparation, method and correct servicepresentation.Preparation of coffees, teas and other hot beverages to therequired presentation standard and temperature.
充分的了解各类饮料及鸡尾酒的准备、制作方式及正确的呈现方式。准时做好咖啡、茶水和其他热饮的供应准备。
- Take charge of individual tasks andresponsibilities given to you by the Dining room manager/ Assistant manager orhead bartender and expedite this to the specifications given to you
对大堂吧经理布置的各项工作认真负责，并能高效完成。能够对调酒师进行专业培训。
QUALIFICATIONSAND REQUIREMENTS 任职要求
- Serious, Confident,TakesInitiative,Customer-oriented
认真自信，积极主动，以客户为导向，服务意识较强
- Interested in F&B，Two years work experience
有意从事餐饮服务行业，5年以上专业调酒师工作经验（不限酒店或独立酒吧）
- Good team player and able to work underpressure
良好的团队合作精神，能够在压力下工作
