- Conduct Ponti’s Italian Restaurant’s daily operations and guest experience, employee satisfaction and financial returns of Ponti’s.

- Be familiar with market to enhance Café and Ponti’s revenue and profit, upgrade guest dinning experience.

- Conduct the update and training of Food & Beverage department’s western service SOP 负责餐饮部西餐服务SOP的更新及培训.
- Assist Director of Food & Beverage to lay down and carry out food and beverage promotion

- Oversee the Implementation of standards as detailed in the departmental standards and procedures manual

- Share recommendations and guest comments to Chef and Food and Beverage Director to reflect current customer profile
