岗位职责:

1. 最大化酒店日营业额,准确地预测酒店每周每天的业务量以及分块市场的业务量,完成30-60-90日定期预测。

2. 设定并实施有效的暂时和集体定价,并且根据品牌标准制定销售策略。协同销售部门制定年销售细分市场预算,每月监督并修改该预算以最大化该年营业额。

3. 促进所有盈利团队成员间的沟通,确保考虑所有方面,且使成员了解酒店策略。确保所有酒店相关部门和销售团队的成员遵守标准工作流程,以优化营业能力和跟踪能力。(包括团队协调人、预定部门、前厅部门和销售部门的等等。)

4. 通过分析历史数据和当前预订情况,监测并决定客房的需求周期。负责跟踪和分析预订速度和团组入住情况,对团组入住及客人不承认预订或改变主意的情况进行处理。

5. 管理所有渠道(中央预订系统、全球酒店预订系统、互联网直接和间接销售系统),包括并不仅限于房间类型和销售策略。负责确保遵守互联网最低价格保证规定,并按照洲际酒店集团的标准和规定对第三方分销
 

6. 持续评估收入管理工具和程序以改进其在以下各方面的准确性和参数的合理性:存货、价格、短期需求,团体预测,和团体潜力。

7.了解酒店盈利构成,以评估本地业务和团体业务,确定酒店将来定价和协商结果。

8. 审批并执行一晚9间客房以上的团体订房销售策略,并与销售总监或餐饮总监就团组和会议的定价问题进行合作。

 

岗位要求:

1. 2年以上酒店收益管理经验;

2. 良好的沟通能力。

3. 拥有有效的酒店报价概念,优化收益管理和销售策略的知识,并具有在给定的市场条件下决定使用哪种概念的能力。

4. 精通不同类型的CRS/PMS/RMS等系统,能够为预订团队和电子商务团队提供培训。

5. 熟练使用微软办公软件,如Excel,PowerPoint, Word,等。

6. 具备较强的解决问题、分析问题、推理、号召、组织及培训能力。

7. 良好的英语写作、口语能力。双语能力强者优先。
