Assists Duty Engineering and Engineering Superior on renovation works or expansion of Hotel facilities, i.e.

Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments. Communicate with all hotel department heads to stay informed of maintenance needs and ensure timely responses to requests.

Attends to all repairs and maintenance of various electronic equipment system.

• 参与进行酒店因更新或扩展而委派的工作。

Participates when assigned to any renovation or expansion work in the Hotel.

• 礼貌、迅速高效地对所有宾客提出的问题、投诉或要求予以响应，确保宾客感到非常满意。

Respond in a courteous and prompt manner to all guest questions, complaints and/or requests to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.

• 制定预防性维修保养计划，对设施进行维护和保养，保证设施的正常运转。

Carry out preventive maintenance program to ensure facility is maintained and in service for our guests.

RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS

• 监管所有酒店硬件设施的运行状况，包括维护与维修工作、及时高效地采购零部件与所需物资，同时减少浪费和保持绿色的举措。

Oversee the physical operations of the hotel, including maintenance and repair, and order parts and supplies in a timely and efficient manner while minimizing waste and maintaining “green” initiatives.

• 及时、高效订购各种所需部件和物资，减少浪费，促进“绿色”环保。

May be responsible for hotel security to minimize risk of theft, crime and other hazards.

 

职责

跟办关于高压供电系统及辅助设施的预防维修计划。监督所有高压电工的每日维修保养工作。保存所有高压维修用工具于良好状态。检查后勤区，走廊，楼梯，及公共区更换灯泡。保存好维修保养记录。

 

Follow up preventive maintenance schedule on High Voltage power supply system and its related auxiliaries. Control all record of H.V. power technicians. Check back-of house, corridor, staircase and public area for light bulb require replacement.    

 

 

 

 

高中以上学历，或结合所要求的工作经验适当降低学历要求。3年以上相关工作经验，或具有与此相当的教育与工作经验结合的背景。具有酒店工作经验者优先考虑。需依法持有相关职业证书和许可证

High school degree or above，or combination of required working experience to wave education requirement. More than 3 years experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Hotel experience preferred. Have qualified and effective high-voltage operation and maintenance certificate or other specialty certificate.
