1. 负责公司应付账款的核算与管理，确保账目清晰、准确，及时完成应付账款的入账、对账及付款工作。
2. 审核供应商发票，核对发票内容与采购订单、收货单的一致性，确保合规性，处理发票异常问题。
3. 跟踪应付账款账龄，分析账龄结构，定期编制应付账款报表。
4. 协调与供应商之间的财务往来，处理付款争议，维护良好的供应商关系。
5. 参与公司财务流程的优化与改进，提高应付账款处理效率，降低财务风险。
6. 协助完成年度审计、税务检查等外部审计工作，提供应付账款相关的资料与支持。
1. 大专及以上学历，财务、会计或相关专业背景。
2. 具备2年以上应付账款管理或相关工作经验，熟悉应付账款流程及财务管理软件。
3. 具备良好的财务分析能力，能够熟练运用Excel等办公软件进行数据处理与报表编制。
4. 具有较强的沟通协调能力，能够与供应商、内部部门有效沟通，解决应付账款相关问题。
5. 工作细致认真，责任心强，具备良好的职业道德与团队协作精神。
6. 能够承受一定的工作压力，适应快节奏的工作环境。
