1. 与酒店各部门保持良好沟通确保客人的要求得以满足
2. 按照市场销售总监所提供的指引协助客户经理准备相关合约
3. 完成各类报表
4. 协助客户经理招待现有和潜在客户以保持及发展良好的关系
5. 根据皇冠假日指引程序及标准运作程序来管理公司客户及其客人
6. 就VIP客户和重要会议团的接待与订房部同事进行定期沟通
7. 处理投诉并即时安抚客人，如需要可寻求上司的协助
8. 执行其他有关市场销售的工作
1.具有酒店行政管理，酒店管理或相关的大专学历或专业证书。
2.拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能；完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力。
