宿泊予約マネージャー（管理職）/ Reservations Manager

【必要な経験・スキル】
• 管理職としての宿泊部門での業務経験（5年以上）　
　   もしくは、予約部門・フロントオフィスでの業務経験（2年以上）
• Opera（PMS）のスキル・知識
• 人員管理、社員・チームマネジメント並びに育成経験
• 関係部門と連携しがら問題を解決する能力・経験
• 推理、動機づけの能力、組織、訓練する能力
• Director of Revenueの業務補佐経験

<Required Experience and Skills>
- Minimum of five years' experience in a management position in the hospitality industry or minimum of two years' experience in a reservations or front office environment. 
- Opera (PMS) skills and knowledge 
- Experience in people management, staff and team leadership and development 
- Ability and experience in working with relevant departments to resolve issues 
- Ability to persuade, motivate, organise and train. 
- Experience in supporting the Director of Revenue
