1.协助经理负责宴会和会议、展示会等的销售、预订工作；
2.协助经理制定宴会及会议销售的市场销售计划。
3.建立客户合同存档、宴会及会议订单和预报单的存档记录，使之成为有效的工作程序和管理手段；
4.与餐饮总监和行政总厨沟通协调，共同议定宴会及会议菜单及价格；
5.与其他部门沟通、协调、密切配合；
6.完成部门总监交代的其他任务。
1.具有同岗位工作经验，有团队合作精神；
2.对宴会及会议的组织及执行有丰富的经验；
3.具有较强的判断和决策能力、人际沟通协调能力、计划与执行能力；
4.工作细致、严谨，具有战略前瞻性思维。
