岗位职责：
1. 监督洗衣房及布草房各项标准和工作程序的执行。
2. 对洗衣系统有最新和全面的知识。
3. 负责管理接班和交班工作，以确保交接班过程的有效进行 。
4. 对洗衣房及制服房管理的布草及固定资产进行监管及盘点。
5. 进行质量检查。
6. 配合客房部满足酒店和客人的要求。
7. 确保及时为客人提供洗衣服务并送还。
8. 处理客人所有的特殊要求。
岗位要求：
1. 高中或初中等相当的学历。
2. 相似规模酒店2年洗衣房工作经验，包括的管理经验或培训经验。
