1、负责管理接班和交班工作，以确保交接班过程的有效进行 。
2、监督客房清洁与整理工作，确保客房卫生、整洁、设施完好
3、处理客房服务中的投诉与问题，及时向上级汇报并妥善解决。
4、排列抵店客人客房的优先顺序。
5、配合前台满足酒店和客人的要求。
6、定期对客房部员工进行培训与考核，提升员工业务技能和服务水平。
7、管理仓库、保存充足的用品存货、按要求完成库存盘点工作、维持存货水平
1、熟悉客房服务流程与标准，具备良好的客房管理技能。
2、具备较强的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够处理各种突发情况。
3、工作认真负责，注重细节，有较强的服务意识和责任心。
