岗位职责
1、准备所有的配料并制作各种面包、面包卷、西点等食品。
2、确保有足量的面包供应。
3、负责操作间的日常卫生、工具清洁及收藏。
4、负责工作结束后的原料收藏、工具清洁、环境卫生的清洁、能源的关闭。
5、接受上级的其他任务。
岗位要求
1、熟悉面包西饼等的制作工艺及技能。
2、有星级酒店或西餐厅从事面包西饼制作工作经验优先。
