1.监督检查前台、服务员的工作质量。
2.处理客人投诉,协助酒店领导和有关职能部门处理在酒店内发生的各种突发事件。
3.每天做巡视前台工作,监督工作人员的仪容仪表、卫生状况、设备运行、以及安全等情况。
4. 与财务部人员配合,追收仍在酒店住宿客人拖欠的账款及调整财务相关的账目问题。
5.为生病或发生意外事故的客人安排送护或送院事宜。
6.大堂范围内需维修项目,并督促有关部门及时维修。

7.向前厅部经理反映有关员工的表现和客人意见。
8.每天坚持在值班记录本上记录当天发生的事件及投诉处理情况,并向前厅部经理汇报。
9.做好领导指派的其它工作。
10.每月提前做好前台排班、考勤等相关工作。
