岗位职责:

1、负责前厅部运营服务及管理工作,亲自管理和带领团队开展运营和服务工作
2、与宾客保持良好的关系,及时处理客户投诉、咨询以及需求
3、分享和汇报客人的反馈、意见、建议, 复盘客人的需求与状况
4、执行有效的内部沟通和例会,清晰明确合理地部署接待和服务工作,确保所有员工都知道有关VIP的情况、日常运营任务和特殊的接待活动,、每日需注意的事项以及产品变化
5、负责制订和每年修订前厅部运营标准、规章制度,建立行之有效的部门管理机制
6、建立并严格管理所有营运设备以及供给的储备以保证部门资源的充分利用,合理控制申领和储备以及细心管理前厅的设备和资源

任职要求:

1、酒店行业及3年以上前厅部管理经验
2、熟悉前厅部运作及管理程序
3、有较强沟通表达能力
4、熟练使用电脑及相关办公软件
5、身体健康,形象好,气质佳
6、具有高度的敬业精神、进取心和责任心,遇事沉着冷静,处理事情灵活果断,有强烈的服务意识和引导能力
