1.负责鲜花和植物的状态良好，如需更换，报告行政管家通知花房更换。
2.确保PA仓库干净整洁， 清洁用品和工具充足。
3.通过汇总客人的意见,寻找机会不断发展对客服务，采取合适的行动解决客人的抱怨。
4.维持对产品和服务的高度了解以便于向客人解释和销售服务和设施坚持酒店安全制度、紧急情况。
5.依照酒店要求记录安全日志和事故记录。
6.完成酒店管理层交代的其他工作任务。
