オフィスコーディネーター＆オペレーションズサポートジャパンの役割は、東京に拠点を置くIHGコーポレートオフィスの様々な管理業務を行うことです。社内外のゲストにプロフェッショナルできめ細やかなサービスを提供しながら、オフィスのあらゆる管理業務やロジスティクス業務を円滑に進めていきます。

Your Day to Day 

With spectacular growth in our region - which includes a newly revamped rewards program and new brands in market - and an even bigger ambition, there couldn’t be a better time to join the IHG family.

Due to growth in region and Japan being a key growth market for IHG, we have an exciting role of Office Coordinator/Operations Support Japan, based at Tokyo Support Office.  The role will report into our Director of Operations, based out of our Tokyo Support office. 

The role of Office Coordinator/Operations Support Japan is to perform a variety of administrative duties for our IHG Corporate office based in Tokyo. The role will ensure the smooth running of all administration and logistical items of the office, while providing professional and personalized service to both internal and external guests.

We’re looking for a highly motivated, diverse thinker who’s ready for an exciting challenge, and we have a world of opportunity to offer in return.

• 大学卒業以上、または同等の学歴と実務経験を有すること。
• 2～5年の事務/秘書または関連する経験
• 流暢な日本語の読み書きと会話及び中級レベルの英語の能力
• 様々なソフトウェアパッケージ（Excel、Microsoft Word、PowerPoint、Outlook、電子メール、SharePointなど）に習熟し、高いPCスキル  
• 監督なしで正確な仕事を提供する能力
• 率先して仕事を進めることができる
• さまざまな人と協力して仕事を進めるチームプレーヤー
• 組織力、細部へのこだわりを発揮する。

What we need from you 

To be successful in this role the following skills and attributes are highly desirable.  

• College degree or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
• Typically, 2-5 years administrative/secretarial or related experience. 
• Fluent in reading, writing and spoken Japanese and intermediate English skills are required for the role
• Demonstrate strong PC skills including proficiency in a variety of software packages (i.e. Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, e-mail, SharePoint, etc.).         
• Ability to deliver accurate work without supervision
• Ability to take the initiative and follow through with tasks
• Team player who works collaboratively with different group of people to accomplish tasks.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to details.
